DAY 1: FOUR-COURSE TOFU MEAL
Lots of protein from four different kinds of tofu dishes that make your skin beautiful and improve your blood circulation.
Great for Vegans, Diets, Surfers!
This set meal is the traditional Japanese balanced meal "Ichiju-Sansai" which has been eaten since the Heian period (about 1000 years ago) by the higher-class people.
You will learn six Japanese cooking methods: Agemono (fried), Nimono (simmered), Aemono (dressed salad), Shirumono (soup), Gohan (rice) and Tsukemono (pickled vegetables).

DAY 2: HEALTHY BENTO
Vegan version of the popular Bento.
Lots of vegetables with balanced nutrition.
You will learn how to express your love in a lunch box by using five Japanese cooking methods: Yakimono (grilled), Nimono (simmered), Shirumono (soup), Gohan (rice), and Tsukemono (pickled vegetables).

- Grilled eggplant with onion steak sauce

DAY 3: ANTI-AGING SET MEAL
This set meal, called Shojin Ryori, is a typical Japanese monk food made entirely from vegetables.
Clean your gut through lots of fiber, minerals and vitamins to live longer.
This class is suitable for vegan & healthy people.
