HEALTHY GUT JAPANESE BREAKFAST CLASS
Traditional Japanese breakfast menu.
Experience the centenarian diet to live long and healthy.
You will learn four Japanese cooking methods: Yakimono (grilled), Shirumono (soup), Gohan (rice), and Tsukemono (pickled vegetables).
We will make Japanese superfood Shouyu Kouji together and you can keep it yourself after class. You can use it for many varieties of dishes with healthy gut ingredients.
Our Japanese breakfast ingredients:
- Shouyu Kouji (fermented rice)
- Marinated grilled salmon
- Yakionigiri
- Renkon lotus roots and carrot Kimpira
- Dashimaki egg
- Miso soup
- Tsukemono pickled vegetable
