HAND ROLL SUSHI CLASS

This is how we eat sushi at home in Japan.

Learn 2 different ways to wrap & roll sushi.

Create your DIY sushi from a variety of ingredients.

You will learn three Japanese cooking methods: Agemono (fried), Shirumono (soup) and Gohan (sushi rice).

 

Our sushi ingredients:

- Chicken Katsu sticks

- Tuna mayo

- Avocado, cucumber, carrot

- Miso soup

(Ingredients vary upon availability)

 

This class includes:

  • Hands-on tutoring

  • Knowledge of common Japanese ingredients & cooking practices

  • Cooking lesson in English / Japanese

  • Lunch that you created

  • Recipe cards for the dishes

  • Shopping list that helps you find the ingredients at your local Japanese/Asian store

  • Name tag written in calligraphy

  • Surprise dessert

 

Time: 10:30-14:00 (3.5 hours includes eating)
