This class is great for a hens party, any celebration occasion like a birthday or anniversary, and for sushi lovers.

Small round sushi was originally made for the Maiko and Geisha in Kyoto, so they can eat in one bite without the lipstick coming off.


You will learn four Japanese cooking methods: Namamono (cut fresh sashimi), Mushimono (steamed), Aemono (dressed salad) and Gohan (rice).

Our Geisha Sushi ingredients 

- Geisha sushi (salmon, tuna, seared scallop, prawn, avocado, cucumber, Inari pocket)

- Chawanmushi (juicy & savory steamed egg custard)

- Side dish
